Auslese Semillon The Semillon grapes from Adelaide Hills used to make this wine were harvested in April when they had reacdhed their optimum baume and flavour for creating the Auslese Semillon. Cold fermented to retain the natural sweetness and full fruit character. An excellent dessert wine. Serve Chilled
