2011 Silver Medal Winner at the Australian Small Winemakers Show; Red Wine Single or Blend (2009 Vintage). This classic Australian blend exhibits spicy Shiraz and blackberry Cabernet aromas, complemented by toasty oak. The palate is full with ripe fruit and soft tannins. Drinking well young, but will be enhanced with bottle age. THIS VINTAGE HAS SOLD OUT BUT A NEW VINTAGE WILL BE AVAILABLE SHORTLY Cellaring: 6-8 years |
