Spatburgunder Rotwein The Shiraz grapes from McLaren Vale used to make this wine were hand picked in April when they had reached their iptimum sweetness (17.0o Be) and flavour for creating the Spatburgunder Rotwein Vintaged in open fermenters then basket pressed, the wine was cold stabilised obtaining it's full fruit characters - Prost! Best served chilled
